When you book a Growth Call via our Microsoft Bookings page (linked from odbgrowth.nl/call), we collect:
- First and last name
- Email address
- Company name
- Your answer to: "What's your biggest sales bottleneck right now?"
- Selected date and time of the appointment
Purpose: To schedule and prepare for our call.
Legal basis: Performance of a (pre-)contractual relationship at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Retention: Booking data is retained for 24 months after the call, then deleted.
Microsoft Bookings is provided by Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited (One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland). Booking data is stored within the EU under Microsoft's EU Data Boundary commitment. Where Microsoft transfers data to the United States for support or processing purposes, transfers are governed by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses.
When you email us at onno@odbgrowth.nl, we receive your name, email address, and the contents of your message.
Purpose: To respond to your inquiry.
Legal basis: Legitimate interest in handling correspondence (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Retention: Email correspondence is retained for 24 months, unless a commercial relationship is established (then 7 years per Dutch tax law).
